Contract management

From draft
to signed contract.

Draft, approve, sign and file municipal contracts from the SharePoint libraries they already live in.

• Every contract stays a Document Set in your own SharePoint library
• Route each draft for approval, then prepare the copy for signature
• File signed contracts under your filing rules, with amendments on record
• Renewals and key dates send notices from your own mailbox
